Meet Dan
Apex Nutrition was founded by Dan, a CORU-registered dietitian based in Cork, with over six years’ experience in weight loss, performance, and clinical nutrition.
He holds an MSc in Dietetics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Nutritional Science, and a BSc in Public Health, all from University College Cork. When he’s not talking nutrition, Dan is a big fan of all kinds of movies — proof that balance applies to life as well as food.
Apex Nutrition was created to cut through fad diets and conflicting advice, offering practical, evidence-based plans that fit real life, real schedules, and real people. No extremes, no quick fixes — just nutrition that works long term.
Meet Áine
Meet Áine, a sports nutritionist from Louth who specialises in weight loss and sports nutrition. She holds an MSc in Human Nutrition from Ulster University Coleraine, along with degrees in Public Health and Health Promotion, and Health Science and Physical Activity from Sligo Institute of Technology.
Áine has worked with many top sports teams around the country, supporting athletes to fuel performance and recovery. Fun fact: she has an impressive medal collection from her time with the Louth Ladies GAA team, so she practises what she preaches.
Meet Anna
Meet Anna, a dietitian based in Dublin. She holds an MSc in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, an MSc in Human Nutrition, along with a BSc in Health and Performance Science from University College Dublin.
Anna works with clients to improve their health through practical, evidence-based nutrition. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling the world and tasting new foods, firmly believing that good nutrition should always leave room for enjoyment.
