Below are answers to common questions about how our dietitian-led approach works, what symptoms we support, and how we help you improve digestion using practical, evidence-based strategies.
Your first session typically involves an in-depth assessment of your digestive symptoms, dietary habits, lifestyle factors (including stress and sleep), and health history. The dietitian may ask about your current eating patterns, bowel habits, and past nutrition attempts. Based on this, we’ll create a personalised plan and explain what changes will be most helpful for improving digestion. You’ll also have space to ask questions and set goals together.

We support a wide range of digestive concerns, including IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, reflux, food intolerances, coeliac disease, and general gut discomfort. We also help clients who feel their digestion affects their energy, weight, or daily quality of life. Each plan is tailored to your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle.
No, you don’t need a refferal from a GP to join.
You also don’t need a diagnosis but it can help in our nutrition approach if you do. Especially in Ceoliac Disease.

We do not offer commercial food intolerance tests, as most available tests are not supported by strong scientific evidence and can often lead to unnecessary food restriction or confusion.
Instead, we use evidence-based approaches to identify food triggers safely and accurately. This may include structured elimination diets, the low-FODMAP approach, symptom tracking, and guided food reintroductions. These methods are considered the gold standard for identifying dietary triggers while protecting long-term gut health and nutritional adequacy.
Our goal is to help you understand which foods truly affect your symptoms, without removing more foods than necessary.
