Getting Cheeky with my take on this Nandos classic! This is a high protein and healthy recipe, perfect for the weekend ahead. If you’re struggling to stay on track with nutrition, this can be a good way to find balance on your journey.

  • 4 Medium Chicken Thighs
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Bottle Nandos Piri Piri Sauce
  • 1 Small Garlic Clove
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 4 Medium Corn on the Cob


  • Marinade the 4 Medium Chicken Thighs in the herbs, spices, 1 Tbsp Olive Oil and 1/2 Bottle Nandos Piri Piri Sauce for at least an hour pre cooking. Keep it refrigerated.
  • Pre Heat the oven to 180C. Place marinated chicken in the oven for 30-40 Mins until golden and browned.
  • Meanwhile, boil the corn in water on the hob for 20-30 mins.
  • Cook the chicken in the marinade at 180C for 30-40 mins. Make sure chicken is not pink.
  • Serve with some corn as a tasty side.
